Il nostro superbo e spazioso appartamento con giardino con 1 camera da letto è arredato con gusto. Giardini paesaggistici con patio sia davanti che dietro. I mobili da giardino di qualità assicurano un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante all'aperto o un bicchiere di vino. La piscina comunale esposta a sud, che comprende tutto il cambio e la doccia, si trova a soli 25 metri dall'appartamento. Una pista ciclabile da Protaras a Agia Napa percorre comodamente l'appartamento e, passeggiando verso Protaras, raggiungerete facilmente le prime taverne in 3 o 4 minuti. Abbiamo trovato questa piacevole passeggiata sicura e ben illuminata di notte. Un'ulteriore passeggiata di 12-15 minuti ti porterà nel trambusto di Protaras con i suoi numerosi bar e ristoranti. Il servizio di autobus locale per Protaras e Agia Napa ferma a circa 30 secondi a piedi dall'appartamento. Nel complesso, un appartamento superbo in un'ottima posizione ea soli 5 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge più vicine.

Cyprus apartment

Lovely apartment every utensils you will need but no bbq as advertised. But Simon and Sara plus wife the people who clean the apartments could,nt do enough for us lent us one as the owner would not buy one A true scotch man tight should not advertise that it as got 1 he needs to update is listing thought he might of got us 1 as he double booked the apartment some how ! As we booked last September and no else was either side so we had to stay in another for a day . So didn’t get into the apartment till 2 o’clock next day effectual losing 2 days of our hard earned holiday thanks Brian your a star but other than that nice apartment if you get your full days!stay as we all no you can’t relax until you have fully unpack but other that nice comfortable home from home

Great place!

Nice, clean and spacious apartment, and perfectly well equipped (especially the kitchen)! There was indeed noise coming from the road (there are some sort of air vents above the windows and they were letting the noise in) but it didn't bother us. Internet was good. Checking in and out was unbelievably easy, thanks Brian!

Nice clean apartment but was disappointed that no one came in to clean or change bed lined during our two week stay. Think the overview on this Apt. needs to be updated as there was no barbecue as stated and nowhere to hang bedding had we washed it ourselves. There was also a lot of road noise especially in the bedroom and not a lot of privacy. When back door was open all you could see were the hire bikes and quad bikes from the shop next door. Plenty of fumes from theses when bikes were being revved up. Therefore nice Apt. but unfortunately not a good out look. My main objection was no clean change of bed linen.

Stayed at this apartment from 21/12/17 until 13/01/18 The apartment is in a lovely position and only a 10 minute walk to the main strip although there was not much open this time of the year except a few pubs + a few shops The apartment was very clean and tidy with everything that you would need to enjoy your stay, We would certainly recommend this apartment and would stay there again.

Superb !!

Fabulous apartment, a real home from home. The owners have really thought about what guests may require & therefore the apartment is very well equipped throughout including a great selection of books & DVD’s. Fast WiFi connection. Spotlessly clean. Great to have the washing machine with a speedy 15 minute cycle – first time ever we’ve retuned home with a case full of clean laundry. We could find absolutely no fault with this apartment, ideally located, with a short walk to the beach & bus stops. Approx 15min stroll into the main Protaras Strip. There is a 24 hr supermarket (seasonal) less than a minute away for any essential items. Lidl a short bus ride if you do not have use of a car. The Americanos Restaurant (Blue & White Building) along the road to Protaras is well worth a visit, great food, service & value for money with a carafe of wine only €6 !!! Airport transfers were arranged direct with Brian & he was spot on with meeting point & prompt. We were made to feel very welcome & a real personal touch to our holiday. We made use of the car , but given the location then not essential. Should we return to Cyprus then this will be our first choice of accommodation. Highly recommended – especially suitable for anyone looking for an extended stay out of season. Helen & Adrian

My wife Alison and I are originally from Scotland, and purchased our apartment in Dec 2008. We have enjoyed creating and landscaping our garden which surrounds the apartment. We have recently upgraded the apartment for the 2019 season and feel it is now ideal for couples only or perhaps couples with 1 child. we have retained the "home from home" feel. As we both enjoy preparing meals we have probably every utensil possible to make this fun and easy. We have enjoyed many evening with a a glass of wine and good food with our friends at the apartment.
We have received fantastic comments from all our guests in the last few years and our Visitors Book feedback is a testimony to the excellent holidays our guests have enjoyed in Cypus and in our apartment.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We chose our location in Cavo Greko, Protaras as its very flat with no hills, can be peaceful but still close to nightlife. We do like the fact that the apartment is very close to some excellent local beaches which are both very safe, and great for snorkeling and Scuba Diving. It made sense to us that it could be quite peaceful for a quiet meal and a glass of wine on the front or rear Patio in the evening, or we could easily walk into Protaras with it's great selection of bars and restaurants, for a meal if we felt like it. Although we don't do rambling, we do often walk on parts of the E4 European Walkway which stretches now across the entire length of Cyprus. With an improved bus service it's now very easy and cheap to travel into Ayia Napa, Protaras (3 minutes) and even Larnaca.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Our apartment in a highly desirable location is very spacious inside with a nice surrounding garden. it's definitely got a bit of a "Villa" feel about it. There's no hills to navigate, and just a 5 minute walk to the beach.
The large open plan Kitchen with plenty of worktop space allows for very easy preperation of meals with every kitchen utensil and appliance available.
With a large selection of books and a selection of Boxset DVD's at hand, quiet evenings in are more enjoyable especially with our new 55Inch Smart TV in the Lounge and wall hung 43 Inch Smart TV in the Bedroom both offering Netflix.
You can also easily watch all UK channels through out TV using an app on your Ipad, Tablet or Phone
It's home from home... pure and simple!
