Questo moderno appartamento di 2 camere da letto (59m2), progettato secondo specifiche elevate, è situato su una splendida posizione collinare con splendide viste sul mare sopra il pittoresco villaggio storico di pietra di Prcanj. L'ampio appartamento all'ultimo piano con soffitti alti in stile attico è arredato in modo confortevole e ha il miglior punto di osservazione di un isolato di soli 6 appartamenti per una vista completamente libera della splendida baia di Kotor da ogni stanza. La cena serale sul balcone è accompagnata da una vista di notte sui bastioni illuminati del castello di Kotor. Una rilassante passeggiata di 5-10 minuti vi porterà sul lungomare e nell'elegante villaggio di Prcanj, dove troverete una vasta scelta di eccellenti ristoranti, bar, minimarket e internet cafè. Prcanj comprende anche un bellissimo porto turistico, i porti di barche in pietra accanto alle spiagge laterali della baia ideali per fare il bagno. A dieci minuti di macchina (5 km) dall'appartamento si raggiunge il glorioso centro storico di Kotor, patrimonio dell'UNESCO. Très bon sejour !

L'appartement est conforme à la description sur le site et est très bien équipé. La vue de la terrasse est tout simplement exceptionnelle et l'immeuble très calme. La proximité de commerces et restaurants est aussi très appréciable. La petite plage à côté de la location est charmante. Daniel, la personne qui nous a accueillis a aussi été très agréable et disponible. Bref, nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Beautiful Views over Kotor Bay

Apartment is up a steep hill which has to be negotiated in first gear, but after a couple of goes you get used to it (and the very poor Montenegran drivers). The apartment is light and airy, with lovely views over the Bay of Kotor. Easy access to all the beaches, towns and other facilities. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, just ask for an English menu at any of them. Several little supermarkets and a great bakers. All the facilities in the apartment are good, we took the 2 little beach chairs and an umbrella out in the car but didn't need them. Lots of places just at the bottom of the hill for swimming/sunbathing. Our only (very slight) criticism is that the linen and towels are 'tired' and we were given an empty duvet cover to sleep under instead of a sheet which didn't cover all of the vital bits, a sheet would have been nice. We only used the air conditioning once, but it is there, there is also good wifi but again we only used it occasionally. The film library is comprehensive with plenty for adults and children alike, but we preferred to sit on the balcony and watch the cruise ships come and go. We didn't use the pool, but it was clean and tidy. Best restaurant by far was the Galeon, just before you come into Kotor Old Town take turning on the left, after the roundabout at the supermarket. You don't have to spend a fortune and they have a good menu of meat, fish, etc. We went there for a birthday celebration. A nice place to spend the day is the Hotel Splendido just up the road, you can use their facilities for 17 euros a day each and they supply towels. To register for your residency fee, go down the hill, turn left, and you'll come to the building on the left, there's a sign outside. A bit further on, on the same side, is the bakers.We collected a car at Podgorica airport, be careful, the driving is very poor, and they will expect you to just get out of the way!! I found the best way to deal with it was to just stop, and let them do the avoidance! Try to book an older car so that you're not worrying about scratches or dents! Taxis to Kotor are cheap (around 5 euros), and the bus is 1 euro and stops outside the minimarket at the bottom of the hill. Plenty of leaflets and brochures in the apartment. we particularly enjoyed the river rafting and the boat trip on Lake Skadar. Overall, a beautiful place to stay, and I would thoroughly recommend it for adults only or families.

A very well presented, clean and tidy apartment with fantastic views across the bay of kotor.

My family and I have just returned from a two week stay at this apartment. The apartment is very clean and tidy with fantastic views across the bay of kotor. It is at the top of a rather steep hill, which is fine if you like a steep walk of around 7-10 mins. The apartment and on other has use of a pool which is fine. It is in the shade for most of the afternoon and in the sun in the morning. At the bottom of the hill is a fantastic restaurant the Konoba Lanterna. Very reasonably priced for UK prices and superb quality and quantity. It is well worth making the effort to speak to the waitress and waiter. They are really friendly. There are other restaurants within a 10 min walk of the bottom of the hill. The drive along the coast road is a bit challenging, possibly because of the time of year being so busy. Much of the road only has space for one car, and passing is difficult with water being one side and high kerbs, rocks or drain gulleys the other. You take your chance with buses, cars and trucks coming from the opposite direction. If you have a small car and want a quiet place with great views this apartment is perfect. For a family in the middle of summer (temperature in the high 30s) it can be a bit of a challenge.There is a small beach within walking distance which is lovely, get on it early or it fills up quickly. Bigger beaches are 40 to 45 mins drive away.

Amazing views! Wonderful apartment

We fell in love with the area and all it had to offer. The apartment offered amazing views of the bay and was really well equipped. It felt like home immediately. We stayed for a week with teenage children who also loved the place. David had already supplied lots of very helpful information inorder for our stay to be first class and it didn't disappoint. The agents were also very helpful on arrival. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone. Amazing!! Thank you again.

I am from Ireland and a long time travel addict. I first visited Montenegro back in 2006 in a backpack trip through the beautiful Balkans. However, upon reaching Kotor Bay the scenery had ratcheted up to unbelievably gorgeous. After being more than content with my tent for years I resolved to have an apartment here! I managed to convince some of my family and now we all love the region and ‘our’ village of Prcanj. We hope that you will come and see how incredible it is.

Our sensitively sized complex of only 6 apartments is important for the environmental protection of this unique UNESCO heritage site. It makes for an exclusive, peaceful and quality holiday in a fabulous country. So buy some wonderful Montenegrin Vranac wine and sit in awe on the balcony at the incredible vista all around. Or laze down at the lovely pool and terrace with compelling views over the mountain fjord.

I can assure you that the views from every room in the apartment and the terrace are as magnificent of any in all of Kotor bay. The pool is very private and only can be used by three of the apartments in the total of 6 (as these 3 owners pay for its upkeep). The spacious top floor apartment with penthouse style high ceilings is comfortably decorated and has the best vantage point of a private block of just 6 apartments for a totally unobstructed view of the gorgeous Kotor bay from every room. Evening dinner on the balcony is accompanied with views across to the illuminated castle ramparts of Kotor by night. A relaxed 5 to 10 minute stroll will lead you to the waterfront and the chic village of Prcanj where you will find a wide choice of excellent restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and internet cafes. Prcanj also includes a beautiful marina, stone boat harbours beside bay side beaches ideal for bathing. A ten minute drive (5km) from the apartment will take you to the glorious UNESCO heritage old town of Kotor.
