"Villa Tessa" is a spacious 2 bedroom private villa (see floor plans in photos) sleeps up to 4 pax strictly adults only.
One of Home and Aways top listed properties "Villas Villa" is a private Villa situated overlooking Playa Blanca and beautiful mountain and sea views.. The property is not overlooked, Villa Tessa is just a few minutes’ drive (35 minute walk) from the picturesque town centre, where you have a variety of restaurants, bars and shops to choose from. There are a host of things to do in Playa Blanca from enjoying the beautiful Papagayo beaches, to the wonderful walks along the promenade at the sea front. While you can eat and drink in many of the top quality bars and restaurants (which Playa Blanca is renowned for) the night life would not be as riotous as it is in other resorts on the Island, however there are a number of excellent entertainment bars. There are currently two 18 hole golf courses in Lanzarote, the nearest one is located 30 minute drive. Playa Blanca has a Pitch and Putt course located at the promenade. There is a wide variety of water activities available in Playa Blanca.

Fab villa overlooking Playa Blanca

We have a great stay in this villa and this was made easy and enjoyable by Teresa and Brendan who offer help and assistance every step of the way. The villa is spacious easily sufficient for 4, but we were only 2 all aspects of the villa are great, up to date and if high quality - bedroom, bathrooms, kitchen and especially the beautiful pool. Whilst we’re not big walkers it was nice for us to walk down to Playa Blanca several times during our stay for evening out - super villa, great location !

Great Location for Montana Roja

This villa is in a great location to walk up and around Montana Roja. The sun rises and sunsets are spectacular from here and lovely walks from the top and around the area. We also had some lovely walks from Femes where the views and countryside are wonderful. A car is a must if you want to get out and explore. You can easily walk into Playa Blanca from the villa but the ideal solution is to use the Link scooters which were quick and great fun! The 1Taxi App is also excellent. We used this to get a lift to Femes from where we took the long walk through the hills back to Playa Blanca. The TV system in the villa is excellent with all the channels that you would want. The wifi is fast and reliable.

Totalmente recomendable

La casa está muy bien, y es tal y como aparece en las fotos y todo muy limpio. Estuvimos muy a gusto y es una zona tranquila. Por poner algun pero quizá faltaba algún cacharro en la cocina, como exprimidor o batidora o cacharros tipo fiambrera para guardar sobras.. También hay que tener cuidado con el suelo mojado en la piscina porque resbala, pero se soluciona con unas chanclas.

We found the property exactly as it looks. Communication with the owners was brilliant. Would stay again, without any hesitation.

Myself and my husband fell in love with Playa Blanca when we first arrived for a holiday in 2006, we just loved the restaurants and bars along the promenade and the marina the experience was so relaxing.
We are active and really enjoy the walks and cycling around playa Blanca.
Having enjoyed our holiday we returned to Playa Blanca at any opportunity we got.
In 2009 we took a year out from work and spent 12 months living in Playa Blanca so when we returned to Ireland we made a decision to buy a house in Playa Blanca for our future retirement.

We searched every square inch of the resort to find the ideal property; we wanted something private with views of the sea and wanted the convenience of modern day living.
So in 2011 we bought our new villa in Playa Blanca, we undertook major construction changes and adapted the property to our specification.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We just love the house and are really looking forward to having more time their in the future,
To help pay for it we decided to rent the house out.
We have appointed an excellent property manager.
Also if you would like some recommendations on restaurants and entertainment we would be delighted to help.
