Al Hamra Village, Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) è a 45 minuti di auto da Dubai ed è l'Emirato più settentrionale degli Emirati Arabi Uniti. Non è sviluppato come Dubai che è il suo fascino. In effetti molte persone di Dubai ora vengono in vacanza e per i fine settimana in RAK, perché è più rilassata e meno sviluppata - hanno ancora qui cammelli visibili dal ciglio della strada. La nostra proprietà fa parte degli edifici Marina, situata al 4 ° piano, con vista diretta sul mare, e ha un aspetto fantastico dal suo lungo balcone. L'appartamento è stato arredato secondo uno standard di lusso con posti a sedere in stile marocchino di qualità e letti king size Super Size. Al Hamra Village è un complesso turistico a 5 stelle che è controllato dalla sicurezza. tagelang kein Warmwasser, da die Leitungen repariert wurden, Pool war gesperrt wegen Bauarbeiten, Bauarbeiten vor dem Haus , Bauarbeiten direkt vor der Wohnung, nächtelang war nicht an Schlafen zu denken, da die Strasse im Minutentakt befahren wird , der Lärm der Autos von 2 Seiten, Haupstrasse und Einfahrt in die Wohnanlage. Strand vor der Wohnung : dort wird gezeltet aber nich gebadet ,die meisten Besucher sind Menschen mit Hunden. Zur Wohnung selbst : die Wohnung war sauber und gut geschnitten, Einrichtung der Wohnung war OK , grosser Balkon ,der aber aufgrund des Lärms der Autos kaum zu nutzen war .Anmerkung: Nur aufgrund der Lautstärke würden wir diese Wohnung nicht mehr anmieten, dass wir kalt duschen mussten und der Pool nicht nutzbar war , dafür kann der Vermieter nichts , jedoch haben wir unsere gebuchten Leistungen nicht erhalten. und wir waren und sind immer noch sehr verärgert.

Fabulous in all aspects

When we first saw this apartment on the site, it seemed almost too good to be true, but everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The Apartment is just perfect. Living room is well furnished and spacious, Kitchen is contains everything you need and the bedrooms are a good size, 2 x bathrooms and balcony are excellent. Location is incredible. Mark is the most thoughtful owner, having excellent recommendations and provided us with all the information we needed to get the most from our visit and was of great help, going way beyond to make our 10 day stay comfortable and memorable. We will go back and have recommended to others. (John, Sandra and family)

Beautiful apartment with world class view

This is a gorgeous apartment with everything you need for a relaxing beach holiday in the sun. It has clearly been well loved and looked after by a family and is stocked with surplus towels, woggles, beach paraphanalia etc. The furniture is high spec - in particular, the beds are incredibly comfortable with lovely bedding and the balcony offers a spectacular sunset view. We had many a lovely evening sitting out with a glass of wine (off license down the road) and placing bets on when the sun would hit the water. The apartment complex itself is well maintained - the pool is huge and clean. We enjoyed Happy Hour at the Marina bar - really great value drinks, free wifi and a social hub. Lots of Brits - sport on the TV etc. Would highly recommend the Islander's Brunch on Marjan Island at the Hilton DoubleTree (ten minutes away by taxi) As much lobster as you can eat and a Frozen Daiquiri and Mojito bar!

Lovely position with beautiful sea views

Super sea views with spacious balcony. Very nicely fitted bedrooms comfy beds and bedding and big bathrooms. Such a lovely flat with very communicative and highly efficient owners but marred by rather uncomfortable Arabic seating arrangements which would not appeal to all and nowhere to sit and eat at a table inside the flat. Kitchen very cramped and difficult to work in with no microwave or casserole dishes. Television channels don’t work so need to rely on dvd’s. Pick your month to go as the sun ☀️ does not reach the balcony all day in December /Jan .

Fantastic place with views that are a wow factor

This is definitely a home from home and a fantastic place to stay. I spent a week in this wonderful apartment with my 2 year old son. It was clean on arrival and there was even the basics to get you going like bottled water, tea and coffee. It is very close to the pool and beach which is extremely clean and white sands. I can't wait to go back.

Mark and Carmel are a professional couple, with young children. We pride ourselves on the quality of the accommodation which is also our home abroad.

Mark is a company director, and Carmel has trained as an interior designer. This is reflected in the colours,fabrics and furnishings of the apartment which we feel are unique and unrivalled elsewhere.

The apartment is in a great location directly facing the beach, the warm sea for swimming and the resort is quality and in a superb location. It is also quiet, secure, no evidence of crime and the weather is fantastic!

You have access to a number of swimming pools the Marina Bar & Restaurant. You also have a floodlight Golf Course all part of the Resort which makes for a great holiday!

We have travelled to Dubai many times, first in 2002, when this was like a desert. Today Dubai is very busy and with many high rise buildings and a fast pace of life. RAK by contrast is 45 mins away. It is much quieter, not as busy and not as many high rise buildings. Indeed this is regulated. Many people from Dubai now come to RAK for a holiday! Our view is that RAK has become the new Marbella!!

Convenience of being by the beach or poolside during the day and choice of eating in the apartment or at the many nearby restaurants/hotels. The apartment is a home from home and has a great feel to it. The Friday brunch at the Al Hamra Fort Hotel is quite an experience as well!
