Fabulous apartment

We use homeaway for most of our holidays at home and abroad, so when we came across this apartment when we were looking for a rental near Elias Beach Hotel , it seemed perfect, and indeed it is. All you expect and more. The apartment is very clean and well set out. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms and a large terrace which has the sun all day. We were delighted with the location as it is close to all amenities. No car is needed as there is an excellent bus service close by and all you need is on your doorstep. Andrew is the perfect host and makes the whole process easy and personal. It really is a wonderful place to stay and a credit to the owners.

Fantastic Modern Apartment with Sea View

Great apartment, near all amenites, very modern and beautifully equipment. Beach just 5 minutes walk across the road, great beach bar too. Bus stop very handy 5 minutes walk runs every 15/20 minutes, some great restaurants on route. Swimming pool was empty most days the residents there never seemed to use, so felt extremely spoilt just the four of us using on most days. Five star hotels near by, we were able to use their facilities too for the children. Great watersports centre on the beach. Highly recommend apartment for location, views and accessibility for all amentities set in tranquil beautiful gardens too

Exceeding Expectations .... Again

This was our 5th visit and once again, the constant investment by the owners make the apartment more of a home than just a rental. The apartment was at a very high standard but with the revamp of the bathrooms, the apartment has been even more enhanced. The whole ease of booking right through to arrival with the welcome basket takes away any stress you might get with travelling. The apartment is well equipped, clean and tidy. There is plenty of room on the balcony to enjoy the sun and also for outside drinks & dining. The location is ideal for any travelling you may want to do as good access roads to main highway plus the relaxing side of the nearby beach and coastal walks. Plenty of good restaurants close by. Would thoroughly recommend and are currently reviewing for our next and 6th visit !

Grand appartement beau et propre

Un beau séjour dans ce grand appartement bien aménagé. Belle terrasse donnant sur un jardin et la piscine. Grande cuisine bien équipée. Seul bémol le bruit de l'autoroute un peu fort. Et surtout le très gentil accueil de Andrew et Wendy sur place. All was very nice and pleasant!

Fabulous apartment, great owners, lovely upmarket area. Look no further.

Not having gone through Owners Direct before I was slightly nervous of the procedure. However I spoke to the owner just before booking and realised I was dealing with a very honest and obliging man. Before the stay he couldn't have done more to help - offering to have food and drink waiting as we were arriving late, arranging a great taxi driver to take us to and from the airport. I always felt I had a network of support should I need it.

The apartment is situated in an upmarket area. The beach is just over five minutes walk away. There are shops nearby, though I favoured Lidl just outside Limassol which was a twenty minute bus ride away from the bus stop two minutes from the apartment (it stops right outside the shop which is great). There are some lovely restaurants within walking distance; though expect to pay 60 - 70 euros for two adults and two children. Eating in Limassol probably would have been cheaper which is only 15 minutes by bus.

The apartment is very modern and is very well kitted out. It is on the first floor. There is everything you could need - even beach toys and inflatables! It is very roomy and light with a huge balcony. All rooms have aircon. The pool below is lovely, though somewhat cooler than the sea. The beaches are either side of the St Rafael Hotel. The sea slopes out very gently which is ideal for children.

I would definately go back and hire a car to explore the rest of Cyprus. A lovely holiday. Having enjoyed so much space with two young children I wouldn't go back to a hotel.

It highlights :- - the great facilities in the apartment and complex - the sea and beach restaurant choices - the proximity to Limassol With regards to restaurants the choice is wide and local village restaurants are great value for money. So pleased that these guests enjoyed the increasingly popular "apartment accommodation" as opposed to hotel. Great news - a new Lidl opens just 6 minute drive away in 2017. This guest is so right - there is so much to do and one visit cannot cover all things ! Thank you again for the excellent review - even in late October the weather is excellent.
