Enjoy the Mallorcan atmosphere in this typical village house for 4 persons in Artà.
In this beautiful 120m2 house, you can enjoy a quiet breakfast in the cosy, furnished patio, or prepare a tasty barbecue dinner with your friends.

The interior is modern with some traditional elements. In the living room, for example, you will find a comfortable sofa, as well as a restored rocking chair, to watch TV. There is wifi connection. The living room opens up to a dining room and an open kitchen. This area is well equipped, with a vitro hob and all necessary utensils to cook. On the ground floor, there is one bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and a wardrobe, styled in a Mediterranean way. One of them has access to a terrace to enjoy the sunshine in one of the hammocks. Between both rooms, there is a common area to read a book or relax. On this floor, there is a toilet.

Artá is a romantic village in the north of the island, where you will find traditions, modernities and nature. This part of the island counts with a protected marine area and a natural park. It counts with 25 km of coast with untouched coves like Aubarca or Cala Torta. Don’t forget to visit the Caves of Artà, surrounded by mountains bending over the sea.

Umringt von Baustellen

Wie die Überschrift schon aussagt,war unser Aufenthalt nicht erholsam.Morgens um 7 Uhr30 wurden wir in der zweiten Woche durch Abrissarbeiten und Bohrhammer geweckt.Eine Baustelle grenzte direkt an ein Schlafzimmer.Unsere Beschwerden wurden weder vor Ort noch von fewo-direkt,ernstgenommen.Wir bekamen zur Aussage das die Baustelle genehmigt ist. Von uns leider nicht. Frühstück auf unserer Terrasse wurde uns durch den Lärm unmöglich gemacht. Das war mit Abstand das schlimmste,was wir bei unseren vielen Aufenthalten auf Mallorca erlebt haben. Ausserdem wurde in der Beschreibung der Wohnung nicht erwähnt,das diese sich in einer Durchgangsstrasse(Müllabfuhr ca.2 Uhr 30,Autos,Mopeds und viel Unterhaltung befindet.Ein Schlafzimmer ging zu dieser Straße raus.Hätten wir all dieses vorher gewusst,wäre die Wohnung für uns nicht infrage gekommen. Abschließend wäre noch zu erwähnen,das eine zweite Baustelle parallel dazu eröffnet wurde. Dieses war für uns untragbar und veranlasste uns zu einer vorzeitigen Abreise.

Stadtwohnung im Hochsommer

Die Stadtwohnung in zentraler Lage mit engen Gassen hat für uns 4-köpfige perfekt gepasst. Der Hochsommer hat natürlich seine Hitze mitgebracht, im Erdgeschoss war es trotzdem angenehm. Auf der Terrasse waren zeitweise Wespen zu Gast, wurden vom Eigentümer unverzüglich entfernt. Auf der oberen Terrasse konnte man Nachts sehr gut Sternschnuppen zählen. Der Weg zu Badeorten wie zB Cala Agulla mit dem Mietwagen sehr kurz. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist vergleichsweise knapp, Zubereitung von Speisen aber gut möglich. Empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten insgesamt eine sehr schöne Zeit

Wir hatten insgesamt eine sehr schöne Zeit! Die Unterkunft lag sehr zentral in Arta und in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Was super war, dass man auf der Terasse über den ganzen Tag perfekte Sonne hatte und einen schönen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Die Einrichtung dagegen war schon etwas älter und ist nicht besonders modern. Trotzdem hat uns die Woche auf Mallorca super gut gefallen!

Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und waren vollkommen zufrieden mit der Lage und dem Service. Leider hatten wir nicht darauf geachtet, dass es keine Heizung gibt und der kleine zur Verfügung gestellte Heizofen konnte nicht das gesamte Gebäude erwärmen. Also gerne wieder, aber zu einer wärmeren Jahreszeit.

Idéalement placé pour rayonner dans la région d’arta avec de magnifiques plages à 15 min en voiture, sans être avec trop de touristes . Literie et linge de maison de qualité, lit bébé et chaise haute sur demande . C’était parfait ? Nous recommandons ce logement.
