Bella unità Dewey Townhouse fine pet-friendly, nel cuore di Dewey Beach. Perfetto per le famiglie! Si affaccia sulla baia e un isolato di spiaggia, attività, ristoranti e negozi. Camminare ovunque! Tre camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni, doccia esterna 3 ponti. Nuova cucina aggiornato, ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici inox, lavatrice, asciugatrice, wifi, Direct TV, AC. Asciugamani, sedie a sdraio incluse. a carbone
grill, recintato in cantiere, ben architettati.
Piccolo cortile recintato per cani di piccola taglia. cornice paesaggistica tropicale. 2 livelli. Due posti auto in loco. Anche i cani di grossa taglia sono i benvenuti, ma il cantiere potrebbe essere troppo piccolo per loro.

Great place to stay!
This was a great place to stay for 2 families and 2 dogs! The location was excellent and was central to restaurants and night life and close to the beach. The property manager was so accommodating and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely recommend this for a stay at the beach!

Cute and cozy
Kelly’s house was so nice for some friends to join us in Dewey Beach. Very nicely decorated and comfortable with plenty of beds and a great view of the bay. Very convenient location for walking to see all Dewey has to offer.

Cozy, Bay View Townhome
Excellent location, Quiet (yes, even w/Bottle & Cork on the corner!), Cozy, Clean, Beautiful Bay View! Owner was promptly response and this was a great experience for our family. Home was very comfortable and inviting, it felt like we asked to stay a friends house for a week rather than it be a rental! Short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants!

Fantastic Dewey Beach Visit
Fantastic location with short walk to beach! Property is well very appointed, kitchen well stocked with cooking tools and utensils. As described, it’s just up the block from restaurants and music (but quiets down at 10pm). Everything we needed was provided; host is proactively communicative and responsive. Perfect for a family stay!

Great stay in great locstion
We had a great stay, with two parents, a teenage son, five of his friends and the family dog. It’s a cozy condo for eight, but it worked great as a home base for lots of time out at the beach and on the town. Kelly was very helpful with communication, and the provision of a large dog crate was a big space saver in our packing!

As a child, I had great beach vacation memories, and I want you to have the same with your families and/or friends. I will do my best to make sure you have the perfect stay. If you need something special like surprise decorations for a celebration, flowers, cake, reservations…I can certainly help with any reasonable request!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Our town house is in the perfect Dewey Beach location! Enjoy the sunsets on the bay from our spacious new living room deck or relax on the deck overlooking the garden in the backyard. Our place has a very happy, bright beachy, homey feel, and it is our home in the winter. We pride ourselves in its appearance and the little extras that make things perfect for your stay like 8 beach chairs, umbrella, coolers bags, etc. We are one block from the beach and all that Dewey has to offer. Directly across the street, behind the Bay Resort Motel at Northbeach, you can rent Kayaks and Stand up Paddle Boards to enjoy the bay! Park your car and GO! Because Dewey Beach has a Noise Ordinance, we cannot accommodate noisy, rowdy guests or we will lose our rental license. So if you are here to be loud, destructive and crazy, this may not be the place for you. We love families, couples sharing the house and respectful singles.
We do allow for well-behaved dogs for an extra charge.
No cats. No smoking or drugs, please. WE DO NOT RENT TO HIGHSCHOOLERS FOR SENIOR WEEK OR GRAD WEEK!

microwave, blender, air fryer ,stove, oven, garbage disposal, single wine chiller, crock pot, dishes, bowls, utensils, pots ,pans, Keurig, dishwasher, bbq tools, wine glasses, bar accessories, wine rack, trash bags and cleaning supplies provided. Basic spices provided.
-Half bath - beach and bath towels are located here.
-Washer, steam dryer, iron (please provide your own laundry detergent)
-Living room
New high top table with 4 chairs, 3 stools, and 2 additional stools in the kitchen
Brand new sectional sofa with ottoman (not pictured) It is not a sleeper sofa.
