Very beautiful flat located in a wonderful neighborhood where you will be able to enjoy the unique venetian lifestyle. Indeed this area of the city center is still untouched by the tourism (but the highlights of the city are just few minutes away) and here you can find (within 2-5 minutes of walk) a lot of art and history together with the best and cheapest bars and restaurants of Venice (there are also three supermarkets just 2 minutes away).
The apartment has a stunning view over a wide canal and a big garden.
It's made of three double bedrooms (two with king size bed and another with two single beds), two big bathrooms (one with bath tub and the other with shower, both of them have large windows over the garden), a huge living room with a complete kitchen, a very wide entrance, a veranda (which can be used as a fourth bedroom) and two spacious balconies (one over the garden and the other over the canal).
It's very easy to reach the flat no matter if you come from the train station (10 minutes away), the car/bus terminal (15 minutes away) or the airport (the stop of the water bus which comes from the airport is just 5 minutes away.
Adding some beds into the veranda, the very big entrance and transforming the sofa of the living room into a double bed, the apartment can house 12 guests.

Très beau appartement (brillant, restauré et avec une merveilleuse vue sur le large canal et les jardins), grand et situé dans un quartier merveilleux où vous pourrez vivre une Venise pas touristique.
En effet la zone de l'appartement n'est pas touchée par le tourisme de masse (mais les principaux monuments citadin sont à peu minutes) et vous trouverez ici avec beaucoup d'art et histoire les meilleurs et plus économiques bars et restaurants de la ville.
La gare ferroviaire est au seul dix minutes et je vous fournirai instructions détaillées sur comme arriver de là.
Même si vous arrivées de l'aéroport il est très facile joindre à l'appartement (l'arrêt du bateau est aux seuls 5 minutes).
À deux minutes de maison il y a un grand, bon et économique supermarché.
En ajoutant quelques lits dans la véranda, la très grande entrée et transformant le sofa de la salle de séjour dans un lit à deux places, l'appartement peut loger 12 invités.

The Host, Mamisso was AMAZING!

We flew from Munich to Venice for a day and a half before traveling to Germany. The boat of this flat goes beyond the expectations. He is so very helpful. Set up water taxis for us, made dinner reservations, etc. I highly recommend!

Not a bad location but needs a little care.

This is a week appointed flat and has all the basic needs. The beds were not comfortable and one was broken, the house keeper tried to fix it but the frame was broken. The air conditioner did not work in the main part of the flat and the biggest issue was that the place was infested with mosquitoes. We used bug spray on ourselves and the sheets and used bug repellent stickers and every one still got bit multiple times. There is one shower that is tiny and then a tub with a handheld… you have to crouch down to rinse your body. The bottom of the tub was dirty and stained so you wouldn’t want to sit in it. The owner communicated well and tried to remedy things as best they could. We were only there 2 nights so not much time.

Disappointing

First off let me say it’s a great location and I love Venice. The communications was poor and unorganized for check in, the apartment was dirty, the beds were very uncomfortable and soft. We didn’t sleep well not only because of the terrible beds but we were eaten by mosquitoes and spiders as we slept. And we never opened the windows. Dozens of bites all over our bodies. The furniture was very old and worn. One of the bathrooms had a dirty tub with a broken sprayer. Worse place I’ve ever booked. Not worth the money or time. I seriously think that I deserve a partial refund.
