This secluded place will allow you to feel and taste the mediterranean way of life and lose yourself into scents, colors and flavours. The house is a dependance of a Villa with our typical terraced garden where we love to grow lemons, oranges, olive. The entire villa was builded from my grandparents more than 50th years ago to gather all the family during vacations. Here we spent cheerful summers close to nature, enjoying the sea, the sun and healthy life. I wish the same for you.
The house is arranged on 2 floors.
NOTE if you BOOK for 2 PEOPLE you have ONLY the UPPER FLOOR.
The upper is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with a bathtub and a double bedroom (switch on twin) with large built-in wardrobe and air conditioning. The main room is a large sunny living room that leads out on the terrace, a 20 square meters terrace that runs along the front, furnished with table and sun chairs. In the main room there is a cozy sofa and 2 armchairs, smart-tv, air conditioning.
The floor below is composed of a cozy space with writing desks and sofa (possible to use a single bed) where you can work or relax free from disturbance, a double bedroom (switch on twin) with large built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and bathroom en suite with shower.

Ideal spot for families or couples of friends where to spend a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
Situated just four miles from Sorrento and one mile only from the centre of Massa Lubrense, a Haven of Rest offers wonderful sea views on the Bay of Naples and access to the sea by walk.

Casa Partenope is provided with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning, gas boiler for heating and hot water, hi speed WI-FI, Smart-TV and mosquito nets. A open air shower is available, in summer season, on the terrace of the below floor.
A private car park is also available for the guests.
On request we provide maid service, shuttle service to/from Naples or other locations, use of the barbecue area, booking an authentic dinner at home with local products and of our garden.

Beautiful, peaceful location

If anything, I would say the description does not fully do justice to the peace and quiet and beauty of the location - it's easy access to the water and the chance to relax in the garden amidst the lemon trees, watching the sunset. We loved our time here and hope to return - the only small, slight negative, was for someone with a slightly sore back like me, the bed was not the most comfortable. Highly recommended for a peaceful break and great location to explore the coast - and Rita was a super helpful host!

Rita was a very gracious and helpful host. She was always available to give us recommendations and help when posable. The home was very clean and comfortable. An architect by training, a traveler at heart

I see traveling as an experience to be savored every step of the way. I like to discover everything about a country and get in tune with its customs and traditions, getting to know the locals well.
It was this love of travel as the discovery of different places and peoples that led me to create trips for others, drawing on my knowledge of art and architecture and my truly meticulous attention to detail.

I spent many years living in Paris and London. Maybe it's my Neapolitan blood or the Arab-Levantine origins of my forebears, but I have never been able to resist the call of the sea. This is what brought me to settle in Sorrento, the Mermaids Land.
Using the same expertise and enthusiasm with which I design trips to discover the world, I love to show people everything that is original and authentically local on the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast. I show them more than the romantic charm and beauty that has made the area famous worldwide; I show them its flavors, scents and colors, such as the dazzling visions of citrus and olive groves perched over the sea. Hidden corners of quiet charm.
For those who want to discover Naples and its surroundings, as a born-and-bred Neapolitan, I can tell you what you shouldn't miss on off-the-beaten-track itineraries as well as the best ways to enjoy Naples' art treasures.
I'm a cook and food lover. As they say around here about those of us who love to eat "Better to give me a dress than invite me to dinner (otherwise I could eat you out of house and home!]. If you're interested in good food, I can tell you where to get fresh fish or an unforgettable pizza, enjoy top quality gelato, sample great local fare, or taste fine wines, tailored to all tastes and all budgets.
If you'd like an authentic dinner in a cozy atmosphere, I can prepare local dishes, as requested, from local foods and from our garden.

We recommend renting a car or scooter to enjoy the surroundings. The bus stop is about 500 mt. from the house reached by a quite steep uphill road. Guests arriving by car should keep in mind that often along the road that connects the highway to Massa Lubrense there is a lot of traffic, and generally you couldn't drive more than 40-50 km / h.
