La posizione migliore di Bend! Nascosto nella curva storica, idealmente situato sul fiume, tra il vecchio distretto del mulino e il centro storico. AVVISO: date di costruzione della seconda casa da metà settembre 2019 a marzo 2020. Stiamo costruendo una seconda casa nel cortile di casa. La città di Bend ci richiede di recintare il cantiere, e non siamo sicuri se gli ospiti avranno accesso al cortile di Riverfront Bend e / o accesso diretto al fiume Deschutes dalla nostra proprietà o meno, durante la costruzione. L'accesso al fiume è una breve passeggiata attraverso la passerella per fare un tuffo o lanciare una zattera.

Adorable and walkable.

This property was within walking distance of so many downtown spots! From the key code entry to the property handbook, we felt like we had utter freedom to come and go as we pleased from the get-go. It was great having at least two dedicated parking spots in the driveway available to us. The fire pit offered a wonderful place to enjoy an evening of hot cocoa next to the setting sun over the trees and the river. Even though we stayed here October of 2019, it would be an ideal location to kayak or paddle board from in the river. That said, I had the opportunity to take advantage of the trails that run close to the house to go for a morning jog. The ice in the freezer was much appreciated, and the clean white towels were a relief to come home to after a day of walking around town.

Great Location

Stayed here for 5 days in September. Yes, this place has a great location due to being right on the Deschutes River but its also within walking distance to all kind is restaurants, breweries, bars, shops and the grocery store. Back yard is beautiful with a nice sitting area next o the river. We did not use it much as we were on the go with hiking and MTB activities. The place was clean and well appointed. Good communication with manager. I would consider renting the same place if back in Bend. Construction around the outside of the house was underway but was not active while we were there and was not intrusive.

Bill was born and raised in the Northwest, while I moved to Oregon in my 20's. We no longer live in Bend “full-time” but try to spend as much time as possible there. Having raised and “launched” four wonderful young adults… but not ready to retire...Bill is a Captain in the Fire Department and I am a Realtor... we are now trying to figure out what our "new normal" is.

We love to travel, meet new people and enjoy just about everything outdoors...Kayaking, Rafting, Hiking, Biking, Scuba, Snow Sports and this year playing Golf has been added to the list.

We found this home while walking to a Bend WinterFest (there are several "festivals" throughout the year). Located on the Deschutes River, tucked between Downtown and the Old Mill District is the PERFECT LOCATION!

We are continuing to make improvements and looking forward to sharing our home with others, hoping that you too, will enjoy it and create wonderful memories of your own.

We welcome our guests with a complimentary bottle of wine and you will find coffee in the kitchen.

Old Mill District is Bend’s premier shopping center entertainment district located on the banks of the Deschutes River. The Les Schwab Amphitheater is an incredible venue for live music by national acts and hosts a Free Summer Sunday concert series in the summertime. Enjoy walks on the river trail, historic plaques detailing Bend’s past or patio dining with spectacular mountain views. Rent a surrey at Wheel Fun Rentals and take the entire family on a scenic bike ride. Float the river or take out a stand-up paddle board from Tumalo Creek Kayak & Canoe.
