Beautiful Stay

Our group of two families loved staying in this gorgeous 4-bedroom condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our large deck and the building's rooftop pool (in addition to the many beautiful pools and restaurants on the property). The property owner is helpful and professional in all steps of the reservation process.

Excellent location with great health measures (post COVID)

One of the best location in Puerto Vallarta, stayed at the Residence tower where there were limited parties allowed. Transportation to the resort was fantastic (with AC), private golf cart transportation within the resort is an underrated amenity (with certain privileges). We all felt very safe within the resorts as they social distancing (given the resort is so big and spacious) We cant wait to go back.

Fantastic Resort

Great resort, some of the best people. Had two issues, but management quickly resolved in the most professional fashion. They quickly responded and made issue right. One of the best places I have stayed and will come back again.

Luxurious, beautiful, huge resort!

Our 3 generation, family of 14 spent a wonderful week at the Grand Luxxe. The owner, Charles, was very responsive and helpful. The 4 bdrm unit turned out to be unavailable during our visit, but Charles was able to book a 3 bdrm spa suite and a 2 bdrm loft for us. Both units were luxurious, spotless, and spacious. The service at the resort was top notch. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our family's needs. The pools, gym, spa, kids club, Joy club, and restaurants were all wonderful. There is something for everyone! The things we didn't like about this resort are that it takes a while to get out of it, and the water at the beach is murky. The resort's exit is a few miles away from the residences and you have to take a resort shuttle just to get to the main taxi stand. There a river that connects to the ocean in front of the resort, which makes the waters murky. You have to leave the resort if you want some good snorkeling. I would highly recommend this resort if you are seeking an indulgent resort vacation with all amenities.

Beautiful property, beautiful residence. can take a while if you want to leave the property

The 4 bedroom was perfect, high end, well built, spacious. The property is immense and seems maybe larger than Atlantis. The gym was the best hotel gym I can recall. The owner was great and responsive. there are enough chairs at the various pools. You can walk to the various pools/beach (about .75 miles total to the beach). Only real downsides are to leave the property, you need a golf cart shuttle which can take a while to get to a central staging point and then you need to wait a while for a taxi. If you don't like to walk to the various restaurants/pools, you need to wait for a golf cart to go to a pool/restaurant which can take a while. And the tap water tastes TERRIBLE. But a great stay, I would consider coming back.
