23 acri curati vi aspettano, dove si può svegliare sul lato est della Villa per vedere il sorgere del sole sopra le vigne, pur avendo il caffè, o guardare il tramonto sul fiume Mokelumne in serata con un buon bicchiere di vino.
Un famoso altalena vi aspetta sotto un albero di vecchia quercia 300+ anno, o prendere il sole in piscina a sfioro sorprendente.

Beyond what we expected :)

The moment we stepped inside the house, we were in awe and everything was beyond what we expected. Everything was perfect, clean, comfortable and overall amazing! This was such a great place to stay at and highly recommend this place! :)

Daughter's wedding weekend

We rented the Villa for the weekend for my daughter's wedding. The home was very spacious, lots of room to roam around and not feel smothered with 10 people staying there. The grounds surrounding the home are gorgeous and well kept. Only regret we have is that we didn't extend our stay a couple more days so that we could really enjoy everything the home has to offer. We already have plans to return in the future for a relaxing weekend with family and friends. Absolutely Stunning property!

Teri and Larry are always the best hosts. We were married here in 2018 and just celebrated our 5th year of marriage here this weekend with closest family and friends. I would change NOTHING. Thanks again Teri and Larry

Beautiful place to meet

What a wonderful location for a planning retreat with colleagues. Ample space for our group with a number secondary living and dining areas to spread out for focussed work, mealtimes or for wine tasting which the hosts arranged for us to do after hours since our meeting time extended past their normal tasting room hours. Beautiful guest rooms with amazing views of the vineyards in front and the Mokelumne River in the back was a treat for our out of town guests as well. Hosts were responsive and accommodating to our needs. And the pizzas and oysters prepared on site were delicious too!!

Larry Lawrence has strong ties to Northern California as a farmer and real estate investor, formerly serving as President of the Sacramento County Farm Bureau. Larry oversees the daily maintenance and operations of the estate.
As a Microbiologist/Scientist, Teri Lawrence has put her dedicated skillset to work on the grapes and holds the title as Viaggio’s Winemaker. Originally from Louisiana, Lawrence has coordinated and supervised events at the winery and handles duties alongside her husband as a farmer and real estate investor.
“We are very happy with everything we’ve accomplished, giving all the credit and glory to God, and thank Him daily for the courage and strength to live our lives to the fullest each day.”
