Cassimir East è un raffinato appartamento su due piani di fronte all'oceano situato a Emerald Isle, nel sud Outer Banks, in North Carolina.

Questa casa vacanza è perfetta per qualsiasi tipo di fuga.

L'esperienza della vacanza per famiglie per tutte le età. Oltre alla passerella privata sulla spiaggia, Cassimir East è completamente attrezzata con giochi da spiaggia, una piscina privata del quartiere (a soli 2 minuti a piedi) e zone notte che vanno da una culla a un letto king-size. Nuovissimi aggiornamenti di biancheria da letto e mobili nel 2017! (Foto aggiornate nel 2017) La nostra casa si trova nell'esclusivo quartiere di Spinnaker's Reach, lontano da qualsiasi strada trafficata.

Goditi il garage finito in una sala giochi dotata di TV, tavolo da ping pong, zona pranzo, puzzle, giochi e molto altro! Questa zona include anche un frigorifero full-size per il deposito di cibo e bevande, ideale per grigliare.

Cassimir East

The two key things we look for in a vacation rental are location and cleanliness. This property is five stars for both and much more! We had excellent communication with the property owner and check in was simple with a door code. The home was exceptionally clean when we arrived and fully-stocked. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need. There is also a gas grill for your use! We had fresh seafood on this grill several nights. Bedrooms had fresh linens as well as extra blankets and pillows. The main floor bedroom is a little less of a traditional bedroom but it definitely worked for our needs. Three bedrooms upstairs were roomy and comfortable. Keep in mind there are lots of stairs (which is typical of homes in EI). This home is steps from the sand. An outdoor shower is a huge plus! There is a converted garage/den which we didn’t use much, but having a second refrigerator on the ground level gave us a space to keep ice and drinks for filling the cooler before heading to the beach. Overall, great communication, clean and well-stocked home, and perfect location. Can’t go wrong with this place.

Cassimir East is owned by a mother-daughter pair looking to share their love of Emerald Isle and have a little fun on the side!

Born & Bred in North Carolina. I have always enjoyed the beach. My two children and I spent a lot of time in Emerald Isle, when they were small. It is so peaceful there - every single mom needs a quiet retreat to charge her batteries or regain her sanity. I have recently returned to the area and really enjoy my new home. My favorite thing about Cassimir East, which is rather unique, is that the unit faces due south. You can enjoy a steaming cup of coffee on your private balcony while watching the sunrise or the dolphins play in the surf, and you can enjoy a nice glass of wine from the deck over looking the waves while enjoying the sunset. There's a lot to discover on the Crystal Coast, but I always look forward to the slow pace, great food, and southern hospitality at its finest.'

Emerald Isle is in a convenient location, just a short drive from Raleigh, NC and easy to get to. There is a good balance of local culture and commercial development. You can't beat the slow pace and friendly atmosphere of the Crystal Coast.

I wanted to buy property in Spinnakers Reach because of it’s great reputation, always being well-maintained, colorful homes, relaxed atmosphere and just everyday happy vacationers. Emerald Isle is a nice, quiet, resort town and just a great place to be… I love watching the dolphins from the master suite every month of the year… Come experience the magic!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Cassimir East is fortunate to not only be oceanfront, but also have exclusive private beach access. My absolute favorite part is the private balcony from the master bedroom. Nothing beats leaving the door open and letting the natural sounds of the waves put you to sleep.

We have seen dolphins every month of the year. It just does not get any better than waking up in the morning and gleefully seeing the dolphins, or even sometimes a pod of whales, from the master balcony.

Walking the beach is a favorite! Almost 6 miles round-trip to the fishing pier…it is so enjoyable to walk to the pier, sit on the pier and read a book and/or watch the fisherman. Walking to the right is about a mile down and a mile back to the Point.
