The spaciousness of the apartment and its location are two of its greatest attributes. The ground, accessed via steep wooden steps from the pavement, opens on to a very spacious living area with zones for dining (front), sitting (middle) and cooking (back). There's an eight place refectory table though the comfortable distressed leather sofa and chairs have space for just four. The kitchen is modern and has loads of storage space. There is a small courtyard garden with a barbecue accessed from the kitchen and the seating area. On the first floor is a very spacious bedroom with king size bed and an ensuite with a shower over the bath. This room, like all in the house, has stripped pine flooring with rugs. The next floor up has a second sitting room with big sofas, another TV and access to a big terrace with good views. The top floor has another big double with king size bed, the ensuite having a bath and separate shower. There is also a box room single bed on this host is usually next door should help be needed. A great advantage of this apartment is its location. Within 400 yards there must be half a dozen cafés or restaurants as well as two Albert Heijn supermarkets .
